Lawn Care: Comprehensive lawn management including aeration, fertilization, and pest control.
Pruning and Trimming: Shaping and maintaining trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth.
Hardscaping: Installation of pathways, patios, and other structural garden features.
Seasonal Clean-Up: Preparing gardens for different seasons, including leaf removal and soil preparation.

2. Booking and Scheduling

To ensure timely and efficient service delivery, clients must adhere to our booking and scheduling policies.

2.1 Booking Procedure

Appointments can be scheduled by contacting our office via phone or email. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

2.2 Scheduling Changes

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients.

2.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a 10% fee of the total service cost.

3. Payment Terms

Our payment terms are designed to be clear and straightforward.

3.1 Pricing

Service fees are determined based on the scope of work, size of the garden, and specific client requirements. Detailed quotes are provided upon request.

3.3 Invoicing

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Liability and Insurance

We prioritize safety and professionalism in all our services. However, the following terms apply regarding liability:

5.1 Damage to Property

While we exercise utmost care, accidental damage to property may occur. We commit to rectifying any such damages promptly upon notification.

5.2 Liability Insurance

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel scheduled services with a minimum of 24 hours notice without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total service cost.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

Mutual agreement between the client and Gardening Services Crystal Palace.
Breach of these Terms and Conditions by either party.
Unforeseen circumstances that prevent the continuation of services, such as extreme weather conditions.

Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of our clients and are committed to safeguarding any personal information provided to us. This information will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Gardening Services Crystal Palace reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through the contact information provided. Continued use of our services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other force majeure events.

12. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Gardening Services Crystal Palace, including but not limited to brochures, manuals, and online materials, are the intellectual property of the company and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

13. Severability
